Relic Reborn Quest Bug

Hi, I submitted to the GM through the game and they told me i needed to submit my bug report here instead. I am trying to do my relic quest and it had a glitch and I no longer have a quest for that.
At the beginning of the quest I spoke w/ Nedrick and received the quest for the relic and then spoke with Rowena and Geralt. After finishing up with Geralt I was not ever given a new quest (where I was supposed to go find my weapon). I have gone back to all those NPC characters and cannot pick up the quest again at any point. I even went to try and find the weapon and cannot find it. If you could either reset the quest for me or restart it at that point I would appreciate it. Thanks
