Please allow us to blacklist individuals from our duty finder across servers

I just started about a week ago, and currently I'm trying to get a group for Aurum Vale as a healer. I ran into the same group 3 times a row in the duty finder. The 1st time I went into the instance, they asked me if I wanted to farm the entrance repeatedly, I indicated no and said I would like to play through. Upon clearing the first room, they vote to abandon... Ok, so I re-queued for a new instance. I get the same group. This time I sit on the floor near the entrance and told them to vote me out (to avoid 30 min. timer). I get out and submit a claim to a GM, who says there is nothing I can do but use the party finder to make my own group.

I would like the ability to blacklist people that I don't want to group with from my duty finder, or have those that abandon leave the instance and those that don't stay and queue for new party members in the duty finder. I don't want to be forced out of a dungeon I worked to clear, because 3 other people want to farm the entrance.
