I know the spawn rates have been altered since patch 2.16. But the sea wasps are not spawning at all in Western La Noscea Halfstone anymore. Can't really complete Hunting Log if they don't spawn at all. :(

They spawn over by the Reavers. Enter the cave and keep left until you are through the door.
