Allagan Shield Drop Lost Due To Server Instability

Area and coordinates: Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 1 at the boss area after Caduceus was killed.
Steps:
1. We entered the Binding Coil of Bahamut
2. We cleared the initial Mini ADS as well as the trash mobs
3. We then proceeded to clear the Turn 1 boss Caduceus
4. After the boss was killed our Paladin "Red Lotus" lost connection after rolling Need on the Allagan Shield. As Red Lotus was the only Paladin in the party, there is without a doubt that the shield should have gone to her. We mutually agreed as a party on this.
5. Due to her disconnection, Red Lotus did not receive the shield. No one received the shield because the rest of the party Passed on it.
6. Shortly after this, mass disconnections and server problems were experienced by thousands.
