I. All who join the Company of Heroes will have a voice within the Free Company. All shall bear weight, from Captain Mur to the newest bilge rat who just recently joined; all major decisions concerning Company of Heroes will be put to the vote and all given a case to argue their points.

II. Weigh the option of joining the Company of Heroes with much prudence, for once you join you shall be trusted into a company which is as close as kin and thrice protective. You will not be able to rejoin if you leave of your own accord.

III. Pestering and begging for items or aid shall not be tolerated.

IV. To those of higher rank and experience, if you can suffer to aid a fellow mate, than consider doing so. We cannot strengthen the company if we only consider ourselves.

V. Respect all within the Company.
