Unresponsive keyboard and possible lag issues.

Hello all,

I currently have bought 2 copies of this MMO for both me and my girlfriend.
So far I have had no issue what so ever with lag or bugs/glitches however she seems to be having issues with movement mainly as on frequent occasions her keyboard becomes unresponsive.

Now while this is in effect she can't move the camera, open in game menus and such with her keyboard but also cannot move with the WASD keys.
This seems to occur when she is trying to hand in a quest, interact with an item or load into a new area.


Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
