Recent lag, 90k instances, unplayable Trials?

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this lately. 95% of the people I play with, as well as friends, are experiencing the same things as me. 90k during instances, unskippable cutscenes, music that cuts in and out, lack of skill animations and enough lag that makes enemies load once they're down to 50% health.

I just tried a King Moggle instance and half the enemies didn't show up, my second hotbar had icons disappearing, I couldn't view AoEs, couldn't skip cutscenes and finally had loading screens that lasted a good 30 seconds each.

A couple of other favorites of mine are waiting for NPCs to appear for ages and, following talking to them, being glued to the ground and unable to move for ages more.

So, what's going on with the servers? Did they make them refresh once every 30 seconds, now? lol I know the recent patch fixed some things, but it seems to have broke many others.

Was trying to help an FC friend through Castrum yesterday and we ended up having to abandon the duty because I kept disconnecting/getting 90k'd constantly. All of the people in my party were getting disconnect symbols as well and I was trying to explain that it was the game but of course one of the random people in our group said "That's what they all say". It just got worse as we continued because I'd have the same issue of being stuck in loading screens for 30 seconds to a minute.
I've gotten stuck interacting with things and being unable to move as well, haha.
I'm clearly seeing that this is happening to a ton of people though and it's very obvious that it's the games issues.

TBH the lag thing is a joke. Everyday all day every so many seconds i get delays, on everything, in and out of instances, i hope tomorrows maintenance fixs it because i love this game, and its the only game ive ever had this issue and the only game its been this often. Its breaking it for me, unfortunately being a long time fan of Final Fantasy.

I have been getting 90k much more often since the ps4 patch when previously it maybe occurred once since the release fiasco.

Same here, started after 2.16! Constant lag and disconnected even though I'm on a wired connection! Sort it out please SE.
