Since the last update, when I log in (about half the time), my chat window is in a different position than where it was when I exited the game. The new position is not consistent - it can be anywhere.

I experience the same issue.
Also the chat box moves when I drag my game client from my main computer screen to my second computer screen.
Only starting hapening since 2.16, friend from FC has also confirmed this
