Duty Finder Queue Pop Suggestion

Nope, this isn't a thread on a Monday about "O.MG. People keep withdrawing! WTF" thread sorry to disappoint.

When queued up as a DPS we all know it can take from 5 minutes to 30 minutes average. Sometimes longer or shorter BUT since we have the longest wait times, most of us do other stuff like craft, some grind fates for other classes etc.

What drives me nuts is if you're in a FATE and you get the pop, you have to sprint out of battle, wait for the battle music to copletely fade away, then spam you change class like nobodys business until it "may" switch over, but may not at the same time. I and many people I know have missed Queue Pops because of this. (if you say teleport out, tell me how you tele out of CPP while tanking Gorgimera. That get interrupted every big hit. Not an option.)

Is there any way to make it so it automatically switches your class and accepts you? You can even make it so our character is invulnerable & unmovable until the duty either goes through or until someone drops. (for the multiple withdraws you're gonna have to just deal with standing there and I'm ok with that)

Don't posts crap like "join a group before going in if you hate wait times, or join a PF group, or level and tank or healer class." I have all DoW and DoM to 50 except Lancer *shudder* and if i don't feel like tanking or healing I'm not going to nor should i feel i have to.

tl;dr: make the duty finder queue pop automatically switch your class to the one you signed up for once you press accept and switch back if it fails automatically or allow you to change into ONLY that class when you enter the dungeon and if you don't change you class, no one can leave the starting area.

I support this. It is so annoying. Doing some fates while I wait for a duty to pop. I sometimes have wait times from several hours (longest till now was 2,5 hours) and I don't want to be force to idle around. Oh and joining PF or premades isn't always an option when I want to do roulette. It also isn't an option when nobody is interested in doing what I just want/need to do or just not enough people are online.

What I would like to see. That you can take the duty as soon as it pops, but the "circle" around you won't go down until you switched to the correct class (or are force switched). To prevent trolling with the "change when entering" mode, it could be implemented that if you don't change within 30-60 seconds after entering you get booted.

This has happened to me a few times. I've tried to run like a mile away and it will still say I have hate from the fate I was in. Really hope they allow a shorter disengage timer when you have DF up/ or like Kimi says that as you join in the dungeon it allows time for you to change to the right class before getting booted..
