All Upon The Watchtowers NOT WORKING

[All Upon The Watchtowers Lv. 49 – Cracked Fist] :mad:
So starting from the begining, I've been doing my main story quests and err ... Once I finished "The Ladle In The Darkness", I did complete it and I was supposed to be able to get the next one. Yes I did all the requirements and yes I can see/talk to the NPC tho I just can't find a way to get that quest! I hope it's not glitched forever because I cannot get further in that condition. I also cannot enjoy the game in that condition! I really hope there is a way to fix that! :confused:
