Food effects Fix on 1.18 or 1.19?

quick question,
does anyone know if YP and the dev team have mantioned anything about Food effects been shown on the attributes after eating them or maybe in the description?

i love cul, and it makes me sad that when i go bazzaring for the night i sell little to nothing, and i have different foods in all bazzar slots ( salad meat egg fish soup sweet).

so if you know anything please shed the light!

I haven't heard and don't believe that it will be in 1.18 or 1.19, however I could be wrong. Yoshi-P and crew did say that they want to display this information but no time frame has been given. The only thing we know is that they wanted to fix the core of the game and then add this in. However, that could be in 1.19, but for that you'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully we'll see food make a difference in game to make cul a good skill in the near future.

well in the famitsu interview there is a part about an overhaul of recipes in 1.19, it could be part of that.

They said a few months back after battle revisions are done they can work on food effects and its implementation. Highly unlikely to be even in the 1.2 line of updates depending on how quick battle reformation patches push out.

Yes, after the battle changes... but I'd think it'd be more accurate to say we'll see food changes after they fix the stats themselves.

You can pump all the Dex you want into your character and you won't get much of a noticeable difference. They are changing how they work. After that's done they'll probably work on food since how stats work will be fixed.

I think food should have really high buffing properties, but decreases in effectiveness as the food ages in inventory. AKA it spoils after a few days. This would be a good money sink and keep the cooks gainfully employed.

actually i have notices DEX stat does improve my fishing a lot!.

I am pretty sure I read that physical levels are being removed and attributes being fixed so they actually work in 1.19. Won't make sense to fix food until then.

Bigger fish to fry than the food system right now.
