Reduced Durability Loss

Used search function. I couldn't find anyone else actually post this in the bug section, but my apologies if someone else already mentioned this:

A few items in the game claim "Reduced Durability Loss" as an attribute: Luminary Tools, Master Rings and Onion Helm.

I believe that either the text in game is misrepresenting what this effect is or the effect itself is wrong.

What does this effect currently do:
It appears to slow down condition loss of gear

What does it sound like this effect should do:
"Durability" is only mentioned in one area of the game: crafting. Therefore, it sounds like it reduces the durability loss during synthesis. Example: instead of losing 10 durability per step, it should (maybe occasionally?) only lose 9.

I did a bit of testing with the Luminary Knife (10 durability loss), Master Ring (10 durability loss) and Onion Helm (20 durability loss). I tried running out a synth as long as I could. Each time, durability dropped by 10. I have my doubts that "Reduced Durability Loss" on these items does what it sounds like it should.

Please consider either:
- Change text to "Reduces Condition Loss"
- Change effect to affect durability loss while crafting
