I am having some trouble with crashing to desktop and would love some help. Thank you

After a long absence I am now wanting to come back and play so I fired up the game a little while ago and got my account in order again. Today however I logged in and crashed to desktop. This happened time and time again (sometimes I would actually get in the game, take two steps and then crash but that's as far as I can get). I reset my settings. I looked around on google and most hits talk about graphic card drivers. I did update my AMD card just a couple of weeks ago. Below is the copied text of the error message and my pc information.
