Missing Ending Cutscenes from "The Ultimate Weapon" in Inn (Detailed Explanation)

Hello, I have recently completed the main 2.0 Main Scenario questline, and unfortunately I have encountered a really weird bug/issue that I've found no solution for, and it affects me and one other player I know of (who will be posting shortly as well.)
During the last Main Scenario quest, "The Ultimate Weapon" in the 8-player duty The Praetorium, both me and another player on Leviathan, Sophia Harley, skipped all of the cutscenes while we ran the duty for the first time with our Free Company. Now after the duty was completed, the final cutscenes of the story began to play (these cutscenes that are specifically tied to the quest, not the duty itself) but we promptly skipped all of those as well, four in total, as we were just going to watch them all in sequential order at the inn room.
However, after we finished turning in the final quest, "The Ultimate Weapon" in the Waking Sands, we returned to find out that in The Unending Journey, only the very first cutscene of the quest The Ultimate Weapon" is unlocked. Other players in our Free Company, one of which also completed it for the first time the same day (in a different duty finder group) have all have four cutscenes unlocked - while me and Sophia Harley have only one cutscene out of the four. We cannot move the cutscene slider over at all, as if the cutscenes don't even exist or rather we don't have 'credit' of some kind for watching them. Now as I understand it, once you have turned in a quest, all of the available cutscenes for that quest are intended to be available for future viewing. Since have we have already handed in this quest in it's entirety (including receiving the Magitek mount and beginning the A Realm Awoken 2.1 storyline), there is no way for us to go back and attempt to re-do this again.

-Here you can see that The Ultimate Weapon is completed and the cutscene slider is greyed out, there is no way for me to click and slide the bar over to access the final cutscenes, including the credits roll.

-This image is not mine, but this is what first alerted us in realizing there was in fact more than one cutscene tied to The Ultimate Weapon quest. To be honest, before we saw this, we actually thought the credits and the last few scenes of the quest were simply inaccessible at all. I suspected that wasn't the case and went looking, and sure enough this is what alerted us to our issue. Confirming with others in our free company that they all have and can currently access all four cutscenes of the quest, we weren't sure how to go from here.
Now I have to clarify that I am aware of the fact that there are many, many cutscenes in the Praetorium, and some of those that are tied to the duty itself are in a different category in The Unending Journey.

-As noted above, I know that the cutscenes that were in the middle of the duty are in fact in another category and as you can see here, they are working normally and I have access to all 13. Just wanted to make sure no one misunderstood our issue thinking we were looking for these cutscenes, we are not. They work fine.
These are all working normally for us and are not the cutscenes we are missing. "The Ultimate Weapon" quest upon completion has four cutscenes that include the credits roll and the ending sequence - all of these are locked and inaccessible to me and Sophia Harley. Simply completing The Praetorium again doesn't seem to yield any change as the cutscenes do not play, probably due to the fact that we are no longer on that Main Scenario Quest. I'm not exactly sure how to go about trying to fix this as it seems to be a very specific issue that affects only me and my friend, and we've already tried looking up a variety of solutions online only to find no one else seems to be experiencing this issue.

-I wanted to show that we've since started the 2.1 "A Realm Awoken" content and there has still be no change in being able to access more than just the very first cutscene of The Ultimate Weapon. For more additional information, we ran The Praetorium for the first time on Thursday, February 20, after the 2.16 patch. We immediately noticed the issue that night but opted to wait and see if giving it time would inevitably fix this issue - it did not. Also waited another day while I attempted to see if a GM could shed some light on the issue and I was directed here today. Also note (if you could tell from the screenshots), that I have even tried using The Unending Journey in different inns to no avail.
I know this issue isn't exactly game-breaking or important, but I can't find anyone else besides me and Sophia Harley who appear to be having this issue and we'd really like to discover a solution of some kind.
So that all said, I'm really hoping that I've provided enough information (and can try to provide more if needed) to be able to receive some kind of help in this situation as it's proven to be pretty disheartening to see that we weren't able to see the final three cutscenes of the 2.0 Main Story Scenario and appear to be alone in suffering this weird bug/glitch. The story in FFXIV:ARR was really enjoyable to us and both me and Sophia Harley are pretty frustrated that we can't access the scenes at all, and moreover we are confused as to how we seemed to have broken The Unending Journey somehow. I look forward to hopefully getting some insight on how to proceed from here and at least hope that reporting this issue will yield some kind of result, thank you for your time.

3. Check The Unending Journey after completing the quest by turning it into Minfilia.
