Can someone answer why I can't find a single rank 40 local leve for carpentry? I've done the level 36 mission and I'm level 37. The NPC offers me level 40 leves but then when I click on it it says there are none at this time. I'm confused :(
At every city? Usually one won't have any but the other two will.
Is this still relevant to level up Carpentry? I only returned to the game after a year break and resuming it from lvl 11? Im looking for a good guide to grind it out as fast as i can?
