Unable to use current PS3 Service Account on the PS4 beta

I'm unable to activate the beta via my current PS3 Service Account.
The next TAB is faded and I can't click it.
I can only create a new Service Account and I don't think that's normal.

If not how do I fix this? :)

I am having the same issue as well. I ended up creating a new service account, but I don't know if that is right.

I was wondering how to creat a new service account. But it's bugged now, can't get in.

Well I just don't wanna be stuck with the new Service Account and not be able to play my old char on PS4
