I'm attempting to download the FFXIV Online Beta, but when it begins to "update client" it goes so far before crashing (usually between 26% - 40%). I have deleted the app entirely, redownloaded, but it still occurs.
I contacted Sony and they said it was on Square Enix's side.
As mentioned, it's System Error 20019, which I can't find anything about. Eveyone else I have contacted about the download says theirs went through without issue.

I am having the same issue and can not get it fixed also. Not sure what the problem is. I did some trouble shooting with SONY and they couldn't fix it either. Some info on this from Square Enix would be nice.
Same exact problem here, seems to me that it only happens when it is "Preparing first-time setup" then crashes at around 40-50%.....about to uninstall and see if that works, then re-update.
Do you have enough free room on the hard disk? You need about 35gb of free room
well I have 500gb with my PS4 and only 3 games installed on it so yeah I have plenty of room. Deleted the game reinstalled and still getting 20019 system error. I'm about to just give up on this game.
Im also getting error 20019 at 49.25% exact every single time :(
I am also getting this error at around 49%, tried deleting and downloading again and nothing.
