Steps:
A friend sends me a tell, I reply with a usual /r "reply" but it does not come through, the reply does not show up in my chatlog and is not recieved by the other party.
I have to alt+r or click and select "Send tell" to reply.

What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)

Standing in town, waiting for Duty finder Garuda Hard mode initiated by a party member.
