Bug still hasn't been fixed after hotfix.. Can't move after a Cut Scene.

I thought i would put this here. Thought that SE would of fixed the problem but it still happens.

Bug: Character can not move after a cut scene

Game Version: PS3

Bug description:

After a cut scene my character can not move at all i have to wait a few seconds till my character becomes active again.
I can move the camera I can type i just can't move my character straight away.
