PS3 freezes every time loading Mor Dhona

Since latest patch my wife's PS3 will not load Mor Dhona.
It will freeze in the loading screen and the PS3 has to be shutdown.

She was logged off in this zone during maintenance, so we had tried multiple times to get her back in the game afterwards when the servers came up.

NO Success.

I ended up using my PS3 to log her in and I changed zones which actually worked fine for her, but still, at this very moment if she was to teleport to Mor Dhona, she will freeze.

Has any other PS3 user experienced this?

Any suggestions?

What can I do?

Is there a way to re-download or repair latest patch?
I would not want to re-install the entire game.. and I am positive the PS3 did not shut off or have any kind of interruption during the update.
