Account suspended, cannot recover, help!

I played ARR throughout August/September on the PS3 but decided to quit.

With the PS4 Beta coming around and my account being inactive for 5 months, I've come back to it being locked.

The usual process of account verification requires a link to be clicked after I have logged into the correct email account, yet for the life of me I can't access the correct email address I used to sign up with Square Enix, I must have created a new one and I've forgotten it within the 5 months I've been gone, Its all a bit of a farce and I'm rather frustrated that:

A) I'm potentially losing my Level 50 Summoner,
B) I'm going to have to re-purchase another game code/box thingy.

Is there anything I can do to simply unlock the account, as I promise its me, and that would also allow me to sort the security out properly.
