3 Suggestions about Action set,Synthesize and restriction

I return to FF14 since last week,and found it changed a lot,I'm so appreciate the great job that dev-team have done.Icons,party bonus,static sp,item search,recipe selection,cliff climbing,etc.So many features make it much more convenient.

I have 3 suggestions here:
1. Separate Action&Trait set for each job.Of course with the copy&paste function.
Since I play both mage and frontline job, it's tough when I swtiching the jobs,and i believe it also
happens when ppl switch between low lvl and high lvl jobs,if you change the action set at low lvl
job,then...
I know we can do it with macro, but it's something about convenience, and the reason why we prefer GUI than command line.

2.Synthesize->Requested Items->Journal selection box.I don't know why the cursor is able to be put on quests and Local levequests line, they are just category names not quests, we won't need to choose them at all.This is a tiny problem,but also easy to fix I think.

3.Remove the restrictions of when engaged or in active mode.
You can not join or quit pt when anyone in pt is engaged.And you can't change equipment in active mode.I find it's hard to accept that if I d/c in an NM battle,I can't join it again or get any untradable drop unless the whole pt disengaged which could lead to great danger.And I can still swtich to passive mode to change equipment.So I can't see the meaning of the whole restriction beside the restriction itself and inconvenience.

I would love to see that FF14 will grow up ,become convenient to play->fun to play->provide great lasting appeal,being a great FinalFantasy product and a great MMORPG.
