Hello, I am a keyboard-only user and whenever I sell stuff on my retainer, I enter the price then hit down twice for it to land on confirm, however, since patch 2.16, instead of landing on confirm, it lands on cancel.
I sell stuff often, so having it land on confirm makes my life easier by a lot.

I agree. In a UI design, it is best practice to default to a cancel option if confirming that option can cause something bad to happen if you do it by mistake. In this case, though, confirming a sell command has absolutely no negative consequence because you don't actually sell the item until you dismiss your retainer. This gives you lots of time to correct any mistakes.
Yeah, I'm not even sure why they changed it in the first place. I keep thinking I'm putting things up for auction until I see that the stack sizes in my inventory aren't changing, hahaha.
