Resized/Unable to move chat box

Steps:
The chat window got resized when I resized my game window, and the chat box has made its way to the other side of my HUD. It's now stuck in a corner of the screen, and I am unable to move the chat box now, I also noticed the option to move the chat box in the HUD settings is also gone, so I;m stuck, and cant play with the position of my chat box now. Help!

Click and hold the General tab to move the chat box.

PC :
Hover cursor over the chat box's "General" tab and then hold left-click and drag chat box to desired location.

PS3 :
1. Press L1+R3 to activate the virtual mouse.
2. Use right analogue stick to move cursor and hover cursor over the chat box's "General" tab.
3. Hold L2 to and move right analogue stick to move chat box.
