Sea Wasps not Spawning

Sat around for almost 20 minutes attempting to complete Lancer Hunting Log 47 waiting for a Sea Wasp to spawn. There were zero spawns. If they were spawning they were not loading on my screen but I didn't see anyone attempting to kill dead air either like I do when Garuda decides not to load on my screen occasionally.

I believe this is one of the area's spawn rates were adjusted in the 2.16 rls notes.
