Confirmation email not sending

Hello,

My brother has been trying to create a Square Enix account to play FF14, and after trying to register multiple times over the past 3 days no confirmation email has been sent. Have checked Junk, Spam, every subfolder and every main folder and the email is most definitely not there.

I have tried registering a new account myself with more than one email address, it says the confirmation email has been sent, however nothing arrives in the mailbox.

Is there a confirmed issue with the mail server or something? Cause it seems a bit strange that confirmation emails would not be working when the game has just been released on Steam and many new players would be trying to create accounts.

Edit: Live support was able to help me out with this issue. All sorted.
