Ready Check fails currently

Please remove the option to make the ready check after a fight has started. I am currently in Crystal Tower and some funny kid is permanently spamming the ready check which is quite distracting mid-fight, even moreso when playing with a gamepad.

SE should have disabled ready check requests when the raid is engaged in battle.

1) Open Social List
2) Initiate Vote to Kick
3) ???
4) Profit!

WoW was the first MMO to have the ready check feature. The reason why nobody spams it or trolls with it is because it shows who started the ready check. So if one guy was going to troll with it over and over he could be kicked.

I haven't seen anyone troll with it on FFXIV but if its going to happen all they have to do is put in a line "X Player" has started a ready check. That way if someone is going to spam everyone else knows who it is and they can be kicked for harassment.

Tell everyone to ignore it and you'll see only one name in the list that have it checked, which is the perpetrator...

look for the guy autoattacking, cant use skills if you are spamming the ready check.
