Slow loading times when zoning after patch

I am not sure what changed in the patch to cause this, but my loading times while zoning have jumped from about 5-15 seconds to upwards of 60secs to 3 minutes sometimes.

I have tried tweaking all of the graphics settings (even lowering it to the lowest it can go) and the issue still persists.

My husband also plays in the same room on the same connection, with the exact same computer hardware as my PC and he does not have this issue. When he zoned into Limsa last night it took maybe 5-10 seconds and he was good. Meanwhile, I had time to go make a snack and grab a soda before my character zoned into Limsa... (roughly 3 minutes to load that time)

getting extreme long load time after patch as well, ran minstrel's ballad today it takes 2 mins to load upon going in, and after each wipe, before the patch it was 5 seconds, have not changed anything on my computer at all before or after the patch... not sure what the issue is
