Having trouble finding the right FC for me!

As the title implies I have been constantly looking for an FC that fits what I am looking for and wanting to be a part of. A group of people that are cool, relaxed and don't try to push their values or play style on others. At the same time, I am hoping to find that same group wanting to do raids and all other end-game content. Its so hit or miss with any FC so far and they either are Elitist with little focus on actually helping new players, they just want you to get to max level and do stuff to benefit their goals and wants. Or they are just too relaxed.

I really would like to find a FC that has multiple groups for Raiding, focused on endgame content and while avoiding an elitist attitude. Find an FC that allows for Main/Sub jobs, and not pushing aside new members for older members due to veteran status in the FC and making it to where new members miss out on gear and/or raiding due to veterans having all classes or most max level.

If anything, I recommend you to try Tribe.

Requiem will take you on Balmung (NA) server. We have 2 raiding groups working on a 3rd. We are a mix of casual/hardcore raiders. No elitists but not too casual either. We have a couple spots open for group 1 and again, are working on a 3rd raid group. We have very cool players maybe one asshole but hey, every FC has to have one lol.
