Lag during level 50 quest?

I am experiencing game breaking lag during the quest "into the dragon's maw." It is so bad that I can not combo actions nor move at certain parts of the fight, also my damage does not register and i cannot dodge any attacks. It is ONLY during this fight I have never experienced high lag like this and i have played since beta.

I think a lot of people across the servers are having the same issues. I was experiencing high lag and rubber banding during my dungeon this morning before getting 90k and the lobby server errors.

Watching this was cause enough for my room mates to rage.
