Part of the Problem (Linkshell and or Company) LFM Static Coil

Part of the Problem Is a Free Company/Linkshell with experienced raiders with the aim to progress through all end game content.

We are currently recruiting exceptional players for static coil group, we are looking for the following: WAR or PLD, BLM or SMN.

Raid Times are:
Tuesday at 9-12 Pm (EST), 6-8 Pm (PST). Possibly Wednesday same times if we have left over content.

Which is a total of 3Hrs a week. The goal is to put 100% effort into what short times we raid in, Prepared and ready for invites shortly before raid and ready to enter on time.

Loot Rules: Need/Greed for Mainspec/Offspec with one adjustment. If a player in raid is 1-2 Pieces off from BiS that person has priority over someone who needs several items.

VoiP: We use Teamspeak for communication, which members and friends may feel free to use outside of raid as well.
