I was able to download Garuda's battle theme (Fallen Angel) from the Eorzea Frontiers album on iTunes, but I do not see Titan's battle theme on any of the available albums. Am I missing it somewhere?

That would be because Under the Weight was not part of 1.0's soundtrack, which the Eorzean Frontiers album was for. Under the Weight should be included in the upcoming Bluray ARR OST album though which is due for release next month, so you'll have to wait a bit longer I'm sorry to say. It's not yet currently available.
Oh damn. Well, all good things. XD
You can rip it from youtube if you really want it on itunes that badly.
