Vote abandon

What is up with people abandoning dungeons after 1-3 wipes?

Come on, its not that difficult!

I always vote no but the duty is abandoned regardless!

Because I refuse to continue wiping with a healer who has no swiftcast, a monk with an ifrit weapon and a tank who can't keep aggro in Garuda Ex.

Lets just take those EX trials out of the equation. i see this alot even on normal dungeons and on the CT Raid.
God i remember back in XI when we did Airship fight or Divine might. It was really hard back then and if someone screwed up, dang odds are you will wipe. i spend hours and hours with the same party. But now a days people like to throw in the towl after one or two wipes. Just sad, i always feel bad for the DPS... searching for 30-50 minutes probably and then people give up...

Depend on what dungeon.

Sometimes, it is really impossible to win some dungeons with the gear/connection/lack of common sense that some people got :p

I like the abandon feature however I do believe if you vote no you should remain in the dungeon where everyone who voted yes gets whisked away...

Must be a tank who has 1sec Q time....

Had a party the other day that wanted to abandon pharos at siren with 50 min left. We wiped 3 times at various parts. 2 members complained about the dungeon the whole time. It isn't the most enjoyable place but I can't see how abandoning any dungeon after a few deaths, especially at the end, is even an option. At least try.
