stat for dragoon

what are the important stats for lancer or dragoon? which ones have the priority? Thanks

I just started playing LNC. I think str is always good. Skill Speed I hear is good as well along with Crit Chance. Other than that I'm not too sure.

weapon power >>>> strength >>>> determination > critical hit rate > skill speed


Accuracy is only really important for Coil.
