Character no available for transfer?

Hi everyone,

I recently used phial on my character and was also transferring said character to same server as my second character. I have upgraded the sub fee which allows for to this happen, but for some reason my character is "not available for transfer." I have no FC ties, nor am I logged in, or selling anything, but for some reason it doesn't allow me. It will allow me to transfer this character to some worlds but not others too (tested it out). My character is not a legacy character either. Anyone have similar problem or know what I can do? Thx.

If you're on a Legacy server it doesn't matter if you're from Before Meteor or new, noone can leave the Legacy servers yet. Maybe in the future we can, but for now the naysayers have say over our fates.
