Please be nice and well dressed, preferably at least ilvl75~80...
Must be willing to donate money to FC chest for housing (we have like 40~mil right now almost there!)...
Must like playing the game and helping FC members...

Instead of one big house, why not buy 6 cottages? You can even have a tiny tiny room for a zhi cage.
