Subscription/payment issue?

So currently my subscription service is at entry level but I wanted to upgrade it to standard however whenever I try to buy 3 months worth of time it says the payment amount is only $1.53 and then it gives me an error. I also tried to buy crysta because I thought maybe it was because the card is a prepaid card (at least I believe it is) and someone told me that may be the problem but when I try to buy crysta it also gives me an error. Even though it is giving me errors it's still charging my card $1. I didn't think it was my card because I was able to use this same card to upgrade my account to collector's edition. Am I unable to upgrade from entry level to standard, is there a certain thing I need to do or what?

It was the same for me. I've had to resort to buying Time Cards through the mail and it takes a few days to get to my place. But maybe since I'm no longer on entry level, my card will be accepted next time.

Try buying a game card before setting up your subscription renewal right after you process the time card.
