Suggestion for a new support vamp job

Well i noticed that i liked the hp leech from the warrior and that made me think that we could use a similar caster :)

The idea is simple, he buffs party members with damage, debuffs enemies to take more damage but his core mechanics is interesting.

As a vamp(ire) support class, his core mechanics is a hp pool. With his buffs, party members deal increased damage by some x% and that x% is placed in the hp pool. The hp pool can be a "minion/pet" that replenishes the hp of party members automatically (the ones that are missing the hp) creating a heal buffer that should ease the mana usage on the healers. Also has a tactical points buff that reduces the tp used.

Aggro generated from the healing is put on the minion (if the hp pool is a minion) making it a potential target that can be destroyed. Damage sustained by the minion reduced its hp/healing. If the hp pool is a minion, it transfers 100% of the current hp per second to the party member that needs healing.

So to speak, if the party/raid does 1000 damage per second (2000 per 2 sec) and the damage buff is around 15%, the minion/hp pool is able to heal for 150 per second/300 per 2 sec.
The damage (of the job) is + 30%/60% of 1 dps (depending on light or full party, 2x15% or 4x15% where the 15% is the damage of the buff) + 15/30% of the tanks + its own damage making it something in between the dps and tank. Its a class that should ease up the difference between high and low ilvl players.

Also more potential stuff can be added, like a blood collector buff that gathers all of the lost blood (damage taken from the players and enemies) and puts that blood (% of it) into the hp pool. Also hp pool can have an option to heal or do a burst damage that equals to x% of the hp gathered to a single target or x/3% to all targets in an area (some thing like a secondary and weaker lb, but also built on teamwork).
