Princely Hatchling - 50 Commendations

Hi All,

Logged this with the support team already, but was curious if anyone has received this issue.

I have well over 50 commendations now, but haven't received my minion through Mog mail/Inventory/Armoury and it definitely isn't in my chests/retainers either.

Others experienced this?

That's because you have to go collect it from the rewards npc in Gridania, it's not automatically allocated to you. I forget the NPCs name but it's where you activate the SMN job quests
