Few suggestions to help along the very cluttered Crafting logs.
1. Be able to sort by type. ie Gathering/crafting/ piety/ str/ dex/ dis of war. /ilvl etc...
2. On the right hand side is a list of items needed, if you click on an item needed, when its craftable and you are trained as such. It should open up the appropriate item to craft. Nothing is more annoying then hunting through prior crafting logs to locate the item that is some where in the mass of items.
With so many filters you wish you'll click many times until you find your item.
If I search an item I rarely click more than two times, because the crafting log is pretty logically shown. While crafting to 50 I realized some kind of structure and that is why I don't feel the need to get more, maybe unnessesary, filters. (my oppinion)
I'd like them to separate 1 star and 2 star into their own tabs. Scrolling down is a pain with some crafts (I'l looking at you, LTW & WVR)
well if you find it so easy then don't use the filters, i for one hate the current system and would love to be able to filter at a minimum the type of gear, be it hat, chest, gloves, materials. etc....
that alone would make it infinitely easier to find items for say, Levequests.
I like these suggestions, a search bar would also be great. It can be a pain trying to find some stuff especially if it's a job I don't use that often like ALC. Took me ages to find clear glass lenses the other day, I had no idea what level it was but needed it to make something on another class. It's not uncommon for that to happen either, most of the time I have to google it to see what level it is.
Besides the search function, a Favorite tab for items you frequently use would be nice. Just check or uncheck if you dont need it anymore.
Before any filters are put in place I will always just look an item up on xivdb.com. Tells you which class can craft the item and the required mats/crystals.
