Transferring PC account to ps4

Hey guys I was looking around and I didn't quite understand the information I had found. I was wondering if I am able to transfer my PC account to my PS4 (When the game comes out) I wanted to start working on a new character now but only if I can use it on my PS4.

um I do not follow... It would be just like you having a second platform.. Ie: PS3 + PC i play my account on both. I don't see any reason why PC + PS4 wont. The only reason the PS3 version will be unable to if you transfer to a PS4 is that your Taking that PS3 Key code and transfering it to the PS4. i'm sure.

If you buy the PS4 version, you will be asked to link your psn account to your SE ID. Once you link your PSN to your SE ID you will be able to play either the PS4 and PC version.

There is no difference to having a PC/PS3/PS4 - it will always go down to what you have linked with your account, once you have linked the PSN to the SE account it will be available.

You will need to purchase the PS4 version and attach it to your existing account. After that, you are free to log on any of your characters from PC or PS4 as you please. There is no "transferring" to be done.

It's been confirmed already that users who already have the PS3 version will be able to play on PS4 with no purchase necessary.

Nevertheless, as others have stated, all it requires is a PSN service account linked to your SE account. If the OP doesn't have the game on PS3, then they would have to buy the game for PS4 in order to link accounts and play on PS4.

To be exact - they can upgrade for free thus loosing the possibility to play on PS3 afterwards, nevertheless - you can save yourself a pile of money by purchasing (very cheap now) PS3 version of the game (even CE if you want all the extras) and then upgrade to PS4 version - that's assuming indeed that you have (at least access to) PS3.
