Steps:
1. I received 3 mails from the DevTeam. Opened the first one. It had a bottle of Fantasia in it. I took it.
2. I opened the second one. It has another bottle of Fantasia in it and a wind-up cursor minion. I tried "Take All" but I received an error message: "Unable to accept attachment. You either lack space in your inventory or cannot possess more than one of this item.
3. I tried drag-and-dropping the minion in my inventory, but I can't grab it.
4. I opened the third mail and retrieved my pair of Garlond Goggles from it.

The DevTeam I guess knows the rules, so I think I can have 2 bottles of Fantasia, otherwise they wouldn't have sent me two. But if I can't, it's ok, but I'd still like to get my minion. Please help.

I have 2 bottles of phantasia, try storing one of the bottles with your retainer first and try again to see if that works. It's Ex/Rare so you can't have 2 on your character, so move one to the retainer.

Better yet use one, the Change option sits on your character till you use it and the requirements are such it is highly unlikely you will change your appearance by mistake.
