Dear Square Enix
Please make Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn more like classic Final Fantasy ie Final Fantasy X and before.
-Open world content ie open worldly dungeons and roaming primals and espers
-PvP Continent for Free Companies to fight over and control
-The ability to customize everything about our character in game except race and gender.
-More classic version of the classes and jobs.
-It wouldn't be a dungeon if it was in the open world... I wouldn't mind more roaming primals though (not Garuda, Titan, and/or Ifrit, but new ones like Fenrir, Typhoon, and Cerberus.) >3>
-That would be a huge cluster f**k. What would happen would be ten times worse then the housing is now. People would try to gather as many people as possible, farming newbies and cultivating their levels, and there is a chance that one FC could control everything.
-I don't think we can reach Sims level customization...Being able to dye all armor (and maybe weapons) and some more hair, make up, and facial features would be nice though. >3>
-Classic how? I know Summoner could use some work to make the egis the focus but I don't think they should be the cutscene-fu users of yore. This is a multiplier game, we can't have things the same as the solo RPGs.
Open world dungeons are like FFXI's Garlaige Citadel, or the Crawler's Nest, they were areas that had treasure and rare enemies but didn't require an instance or a party to explore and enjoy, but you might want to bring some friends. I think it would be refreshing to have places to explore that were dangerous but weren't instanced dungeons, with some kinda unique loot.
