LNC: Lance of Destiny quest bugged: Unable to progress after placing tusks on ground

After the gathering of tusks are complete and are put on the ground I am not able to interact with the pile of tusks to progress on the quest.

There's no small clouds to click on to trigger the "waiting" step, I can't click the tusks no matter the camera angle, I tried logging in and back out, etc.

Marking (clicking) might not work, but did you try right-click?
