It is a continuing issue that isn't affected by anything particular. I can be in a group doing T4 and I am lagging horribly, or I can be trying to Fish solo with significant lag. Different zones, different jobs, it doesn't matter.
I have reset my router, my game, my computer and even tried calling my internet provider. It has nothing to do on my end. My husband who also plays on the same server is experiencing Lag issues, as well as members of our FC. In Haukke Manor it was noticeable to my party that I was delayed in moving and in casting. :mad:

Im on Hyperion, but I don't experience this lag. Have you tried playing from a different computer? From a friend's house? It definitely isn't happening for everybody. Not by a long shot.

For potential regional issues... what city do you play from?

I am playing from Germany, We PCSd here, because my husband is military, thus why we play on an NA server. I have had no issues with lag prior to this, as well as I am playing on a brand new computer, that has a lot better specs to run the game than my old one. My husband and I are on separate computers experiencing the lag issue. My New computer does however run windows 8 and not windows 7 like my previous computer. However, I have played on this new computer for a few weeks with no issues in lag until now and the lag issues started on the same day same time for both my husband and I. I assumed it was my internet and begin telling my FC I was going to throw my router out the window. They informed me that they and some others were having issues as well, so not to abuse my router just yet.
I do expect and deal with a certain latency, because I am playing from the EU area. It has never been this choppy and awful before. I have seen other complaints on here from players in Hyperion, about losing packages and having lag issues.

Hey DP :D Yeah this issue doesn't always happen to everyone all the time but it is definitely an issue with the route to the SE server. Use this http://www.pingplotter.com/ and download ping plotter. Then enter 199.91.189.57 in the bar in the upper right hand corner when you start the program. That is the IP address for Hyperion. change the interval to a smaller number and increase how many data points are on the plot. Then just sit back and watch the route your computer takes to get to the SE servers in Montreal. It will show you if there is packet loss along the way and at which node it happens at. This is a problem effecting a lot of people. SE is still twiddling their thumbs in their butt holes on this problem. But most people have an issue with Level3 nodes on the way to the server and the server itself. SE has to call for the gamers and get level3 and the other people in the area to fix the issue. Level3 will not talk to consumers of other ISP's so there is really nothing we can do about it. The first 3-4 jumps will be your local region ISP if there is no issues in that region then there is nothing you can do to fix the issue yourself. Best regards and see you online in the LS :D

I too am having lag issues on Hyperior - Error 90000, 10105, 2002 (When trying to reconnect).

Lately Mondays/Tuesdays (Weekly Myth Reset days) I can't even get back into the game... (When people are getting off work and starting to run coil/cap myth for the new week).

Please Assist.

Im on hyperion as well.. and i cant login.. other data centers seem to be gettin in altho its taking a few seconds to have them come up. Any kind of respons would be greaaattt...

having issues with logging in keep getting different errors 6001 202 5006 and others. the one time I was able to get in the game was pure lag.
