No main quest??

I'm coming back after a short hiatus from the game and any help would be greatly appreciated. After the quest "On to little Ala Mhigo" I can't seem to get a main quest, I've checked the wiki, all quest locations are in the general location, I also checked for the next quest. I'm level 27 so getting the next main quest should not be a hindrance here. I have checked my map for a quest marker with no success. I'm really lost here I have no idea where to go and I think it might be bugged.

Did you check The Waking Sands yet?

I completely forgot about waking sands, that was the problem, thanks!

I cant tell you how many times the Waking Sands end of story quests would get me. I do wish they had a map marker for quests in there.
