My FC's Big List of Things We Think Should Be Worked On

Feel free to add to this! Most of it is minor menu changes and annoyances within the game that could be changed to make the experience much better!

So, here we go.

-Be able to switch retainers without leaving the menu entirely
-Be able to untrack quests
-A quick Hide option for the quest tracker
-Resize/shape/customize mini map
-Repair ALL for the Armoury chest
-While Mounted be able to: Start Quests, Talk to NPCs, Eat Food, Start Leves
-Finishing Crafting takes you out of chat mode
-Portable Company Chests/Retainers
-Ability to talk to or see people online while in dungeons
-Be able to use LS/FC windows while in a Duty
-Items linked in chat
-Achievements linked in chat
-The lock in CT/Coil to be changed
-Or at least if you forget to PASS an item in CT it doesn't auto drop
-Or if it happens, it doesn't count as your item
-Search Inventory ability
-Partial AH searches EX: Typing helio will bring up all searches with helio in it
-Chocobo out while waiting for DF

Part 2:
-Reraise, a viable one
-Show time left on returns
-Show time left on Cooldowns/Abilities/Items
-Full inventory in one window
-Display Ping
-Refresh Button on PF, or Auto Refreshes - Rather have the button myself, but why not both?
-Ability to multi-select in Flist/Blist
-See what you have equipped when hovering over gear elsewhere
- /sea all "val" brings up everyone with val in the name
-/sea area
-/sea FC "Ghosts"
-Skip ALL CS option
-There's no ranged on MNK (not sure about DRG) and there needs to be. Hear me out: I can't farm like ranged classes and it's bullshit. Doesn't even need to do dmg, just pebble throw or something. C'mon.
-A way to sort FC lists, LS, Flist
-Auto "move online people to the top"
-Ability to sort FC by Location/Rank/Class/Name
-Single letter for chat channels: Example: /f /1 /2 /3
-Cape WW to DR

Part 3:

-Ability to multi-select in inventory
-Ability to select multi classes for PF and DF
-Ability to create alternate party setups for DF
-Less button clicks for teleport
-Be able to change opacity of chat box (maybe others, too)
-Toggle ability for FC names on nameplates

Agree with most of the other stuff. I play LotRO where all this is in the game. It is amazing how far QoL goes.

--O-M-G -- Yes... or REPAIR ALL if crafter.

-- This really annoys me. I am always halfway through typing something when a craft ends, then I end up opening every panel under the sun when the chatbox closes.

-- If they select a toggle, yes.

Coming soon:

Be able to track/untrack quests
Coil to be changed
Chocobo out while waiting for DF
Refresh Button on PF.

Probably not coming soon:

Less button clicks for teleport. It takes me 2 clicks to teleport.
Ability to create alternate party setups for DF Probably not going to happen. What if someone gets in your custom party and don't know the tactics, or don't wish to play that way? If you want a specific setup, roll PF.

There's no ranged on MNK and there needs to be. I can't farm like ranged classes and it's bullshit. There's no ranged on your melee job? This is not an issue in a game where you can level all classes on 1 character.

Everything else seems reasonable, bar re raise. It's just not needed and would be a bit OP IMO. Your co-healer should have instant raise, and if you have a SMN then you should have 2.

Additionally: -Show time left on returns. Put return on your hot bar and it'll show CD.

The best thing i want is PM people i want while in dungeon. How many time i have go to a dungeon and a friend come, hey man trying to talk to me, was interesting talk, but i must to say " sorry my dungeon begin :/ ".

So for prevent this, i have create a linkshell with some friend in only for talking, because we talk lot of cool thing, and we don't want flood the guild chat :)

So this is a real problem you can't pm people, because sometime i have take a choice, still talking to a nice guys, or playing ? I have stay in gridania, sit in a chair, talking for two hours, and i would like do the two thing, talking, and do the dungeon. Because we can do the two easy.

Change gear while sitting? Heck, I can already change jobs while running. The very idea makes me giggle.

- I more so meant ability to hotbar/key teleports. Sure, two clicks, but MorDhona via hotbar would be so super sexy.

-I ONLY have MNK leveled and I hate leveling. Super hate. The only thing I like leveling at the moment is miner. Having a BLAST with gathering classes.

-That being said, when it comes time to make things or farm anything or claim things for a quest, MNK sucks. Fix it. No reason for it not to have a basic pull somehow. FFXI MNKs and melee classes had a few each. Don't go backwards, SE.

Monk needs Wave Fist from Final Fantasy Tactics. At least that had some range to it...Plus it could go THROUGH other people including allies w/o damage =D

Closest thing to it I see is Howling Fist....and that's kind of an AoE...

Interesting enough pebbles were the only things monk could range attack with outside of a 3 minute CD chi blast in ffxi
