From the website above, I think that it's going to work like a FATE. You just walk in (maybe there are certain areas for certain levels, similar to Wolves' Den) and then participate.
Any ideas on what it will or possible be?

I don't really see where you got FATE from that description. It sounds to me it's more like a wintergrasp style thing where there is an open zone designated for pvp
