In game Event Calandar?

So not sure if this has been mentioned or brought up before but I'm going to do it anyhow.

We have a mid-sized Free Company and even with less than one hundred members we run a lot of events. the problem is the built in motd system is extreemely restricting in terms of getting information across due to it's tiny size and easy ignorability.

Is there a chance that we could get an in-game calandar to schedule events on? I can think of a few games that have this but honestly I don't want to compare apples to oranges. I just think it would be a good thing to see added in.
