Questline to Unlock WHM

So, I received the quest "Seer Folly" and travel out to Central Shroud just north of Everschade (The Guardian Tree) to meet up with Raya-O-Senna and her kid brother E-Sumi. The game kicks into a cutscene where I see they're jammed up with a bunch of mean ole' nasty monsters blocking their squishy soft like caster hands from getting to the tree.

She spots me says hey he can help ..etc etc... and we're off into the duty fighting the monsters. I defeat all the vile creatures and the duty comes up: DUTY COMPLETE across the screen....at which point the game crashes giving me an error. Now I've tried this about 10 different times always with the same result.
